Inspiration Behind Unshaken
Inspired by Psalm 62:6—“He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be moved.”—Unshaken is a song of resilient faith and steadfast trust in God.
Life brings storms, uncertainties, and trials that can shake our foundation, but this song is a declaration that when we are rooted in Christ, we remain unshaken. It reflects the message of Matthew 7:24-25, where Jesus describes the wise man who built his house on the rock—no matter the winds and waves, it did not fall.
The lyrics echo a deep confidence in God’s unchanging strength, reminding us that even when the world shifts around us, our faith stands firm. Unshaken is a call to stand in God’s promises, hold fast in adversity, and trust that He is our firm foundation—our refuge, our rock, and our salvation.
